狼友社区, Inc. purchases SMI Facility Services in Albuquerque, New Mexico
We are proud to announce the purchase of SMI Facility Services based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
SMI was founded in 1992 by Val Garcia with the mission to 鈥淧artner with our clients, suppliers, and associates in providing the finest services available鈥�. Steve Garcia, brother of Val, joined the company upon inception and is currently the VP of Operations. Steve Garcia will stay on to manage the day to day operations and continue the mission they set out to do 30 years ago.
SMI has been providing janitorial services in New Mexico, Texas, Colorado and Arizona.

狼友社区, Inc began in 1996 in the Toledo, Ohio area offering commercial janitorial services. The company was started by Bob Armbruster. Over the years, Bob grew the business through sales and providing good service.
Eventually, the company began purchasing other commercial janitorial providers along the way. This enabled the company to further expand itself, yet still provided high quality service.
